Duties and Responsibilities:
- To plan the curricular and co-curricular activities properly.
- To ensure that all students are motivated to participate in competitions.
- Ensuring that all activities conducted are of the desired standard.
- To ensure that the Morning Assembly programmes are conducted as per KVS norms and to improve the standard of performance of the students.
- Ensuring that prizes, certificates and badges are purchased and distributed among the students.
- Celebrating all the important days in a proper manner.
- Ensuring that children are well prepared for competitions at the cluster/regional/national level. They should be selected/identified at the beginning of the year with the help of house masters or class members. Of teachers.
- To constitute a student council in consultation with the class teachers
- To conduct monthly meetings of the Student Council and maintain records thereof.
- To conduct investiture ceremonies and issue badges to the members of the Student Council.
- Planning and organizing the Annual Day.
